Available Positions

-Keep tracking outstanding debts

-Plan course of action to recover owed money

-Locate and contact debtors 

-Update account status and database regularly

-Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable

-Handle customers' questions or complaints

-Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans

-Responsible of managing collections effort from overdue customers and ensuring that all debts are collected in timely manner.

-Developing and implementing operational processes to increase efficiency of debt collection and reduce the amount of delinquency.

-Ensuring that customer reach out and collection effort through various channels (phone calls, text messages, emails, letters) operates in compliance with local regulations and laws and guidelines.

-Reviewing customer accounts and requests for extensions and hardships.

-Investigating and resolving all payment discrepancies, disputes and handle the difficult complaints and calls.
